Ashton and Zoey- Wausau Couples Photoshoot

We truly made some magic on this late September evening! Ever since I started my photography journey, I’ve wanted to have Ashton and Zoey in front of my camera. Their love is so beautiful and I had a feeling it would translate very well into picture format… and I was right!! 

These images take place up on Rib Mountain State Park, in Wausau Wisconsin. We started with some fun sunset photos with a colorful sky and lots of frolicking around and enjoying the evening. Then, for the second half of the photoshoot, we went to Marathon Park in Wausau Wisconsin. We did some fun ones in the car, with me shooting through the sun roof.. it was fun to experiment with different compositions and night time lighting! It was the perfect spot for the moody and nostalgic night time photos! My favorite thing is creating unique imagery that reflects each couple- it’s one of the best parts of the work that I do. 

I delivered a gallery of about 200 photos (I tend to over deliver) and Ashton and Zoey were SUPER happy with how their photos turned out. Zoey left a review saying “Mariah did such an amazing job. I can’t stop looking at them. She is so friendly and makes the experience so wonderful. She is now my go to photographer whenever I need something done. I highly recommend!!”

I can’t wait to hopefully have them in front of my camera again some day!
